All labor performed on your vehicle includes a 15-day guarantee starting from the date of service.

• Within the 15-day period, if an issue arises related to the work performed, we will inspect and correct it at no additional cost.
   
• After 15 days, any additional service will be charged at the full price, as it was paid for the first time

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
• State of return (e.g. unworn)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
• Contact details 

Any tires or wheels that include a manufacturer or store guarantee must be clearly written on the receipt at the time of purchase.

• Guarantees not listed on the receipt will not be honored.

 Any parts purchased through Los Broncos Tire Shop that include a warranty or return option must be documented on the receipt. 

 No refund or guarantee will be provided without proof of purchase or receipt. 

 Labor costs and installed parts are non-refundable unless the issue falls under the 15-day guarantee.

Todo trabajo realizado en tu vehículo incluye una garantía de 15 días a partir de la fecha del servicio.

• Dentro del período de 15 días, si surge algún problema relacionado con el trabajo realizado, lo inspeccionaremos y corregiremos sin costo adicional.
   
• Después de los 15 días, cualquier servicio adicional se cobrará al precio completo, tal como se pagó la primera vez.

Cualquier llanta o rin que cuente con una garantía del fabricante o de la tienda debe estar claramente escrita en el recibo al momento de la compra.

• No se aceptarán garantías que no estén especificadas en el recibo.

 Cualquier pieza comprada en Los Broncos Tire Shop que tenga garantía o política de devolución debe estar documentada en el recibo. 

 No se otorgarán reembolsos ni garantías sin el recibo o comprobante de compra. 

 Los costos de mano de obra y las piezas instaladas no son reembolsables, a menos que el problema esté cubierto por la garantía de 15 días.
